Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Our client is a leader in the industrial and energy sector building a world-class workforce. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their remote team. In this role, you will be partnering with hiring managers, coordinating high-volume interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating and scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple North America sites using Outlook.
• Managing end-to-end candidate communication via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams to answer inquiries and guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Initiating, tracking, and following up on pre-employment requirements, including background checks, post-offer drug screenings, and physical examinations.
• Maintaining accurate, real-time status updates and tracking metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partnering with internal travel departments and candidates to coordinate seamless travel arrangements for interviews and relocations.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• 1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or executive scheduling and coordination.
• Proficiency with modern scheduling and communication tools, particularly Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and applicant tracking systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask, manage high-volume priorities, and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to track data and generate basic recruiting metrics and reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a professional approach when engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
