Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead and support our nursing team while ensuring exceptional care for our residents.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily clinical operations of the assigned unit
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Collaborate with the DON and interdisciplinary team
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Assist with admissions, care planning, and resident transitions
• Participate in an on-call rotation with nursing leadership

Qualifications:
• Current, active RN license
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
