Activities Director Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Activities Director to join our team at Sky Blue Healthcare LLC in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities: Activities Director : Plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities, including recreational programs, social events, and outings, to promote socialization, exercise, and mental stimulation among residents Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing, dietary, and housekeeping, to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care and comfort Conduct assessments to identify resident needs and preferences, and incorporate these findings into activity planning Manage and supervise a team of activity staff, including training and evaluating their performance Maintain accurate records of resident participation, activities, and outcomes, and report on program effectiveness to management and stakeholders Requirements: Activities certification is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development A chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families #J-18808-Ljbffr Sky Blue Healthcare LLC
