The Role As a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within an integrated pediatric care model. You’ll have the opportunity to serve families in both English and Spanish , helping ensure children and caregivers can fully participate in their therapy experience and feel understood, respected, and supported. You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and celebrates one another’s growth. Our clinicians serve children with a wide range of communication needs, including: Speech sound disorders Language and communication disorders AAC Autism Early intervention Social communication Fluency Feeding and swallowing Developmental disabilities Complex communication needs We believe language access is an important part of family-centered care — and we’re excited to grow our ability to serve Spanish-speaking families in our community.
