The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and assisting the maintenance staff in administering maintenance to the entire facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for day to day activities and duties of the maintenance staff.
2. Responsible for material and equipment acquisition.
3. Assists with scheduling maintenance staff.
4. Communicates with Facilities Manager regarding issues with duties, staff or guests.
5. Identifies training needs of staff and communicates that to the Facilities Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.

REASONING ABILITY

Planning, remembering details, using arithmetic, reading, directing others, making decisions, discriminating colors, working rapidly, working at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, remembering names & faces, examining & observing details
