Production Planning & Supply Performance Analyst

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Planning & Supply Performance Analyst to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. As a vital member of the supply chain department, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, ensuring supply chain efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Title: Production Planning & Supply Performance Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: 70k-80k annually

Shift: Monday through Friday 8-5

What's the Job?

• Provide hands-on analytical and execution support to Master Production Planning, owning defined areas of supply planning analysis and performance management.

• Develop and analyze APO-based supply scenarios, including stock equation impacts, inventory coverage, shortage risk, and recovery options.

• Assess production, service, inventory, and working capital impacts driven by demand changes, portfolio shifts, or supply constraints.

• Support production prioritization and allocation discussions during constrained supply situations.

• Analyze supply and inventory performance against service and working capital targets, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

What's Needed?

• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing supply planning or production planning.

• Strong working knowledge of MPS concepts, including stock equations, safety stock logic, and production constraints.

• Hands-on SAP APO experience (SNP exposure strongly preferred; S/4HANA experience a plus).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scenario-modeling skills.

• Ability to clearly communicate planning trade-offs and recommendations.
