$150,000 - $245,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Connect with potential buyers through live appointments from Zillow and Realtor.com, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Guide clients through the home buying process, offering expert advice and support at every step.
Collaborate with our dynamic team to share insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction.
Utilize our advanced CRM tools to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
Ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage client interactions and maintain detailed records.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and contracts for clients.
Knowledge of the local real estate market trends to provide clients with informed advice.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
