Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service. Overseeing shift activities to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Handling day‑to‑day tasks, including monitoring performance and ensuring quality standards. Assisting with training team members to perform across multiple roles. Supporting management in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This is a cross‑trained position, so you’ll have the opportunity to develop skills across various areas of the business. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
