What You'll Do

As a Professional Cleaner , you may provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout our service area.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform high-quality residential and/or commercial cleaning services
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, surfaces, and high-touch areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean mirrors, glass, appliances, and other assigned surfaces
• Follow Sharpen cleaning procedures, safety standards, and client-specific instructions
• Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
• Complete assigned cleaning checklists and quality-control requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients, Team Leads, and Sharpen management
• Report property damage, safety concerns, supply needs, or client concerns promptly
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled assignments
• Help create an exceptional customer experience during every service

Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

Professional Cleaners should be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, reaching, kneeling, and performing repetitive cleaning movements
• Moving cleaning supplies and equipment
• Performing physically active cleaning duties throughout scheduled assignments
