Hopewell Grove is seeking compassionate and dedicated Weekend Warrior LPN/RN to join our nursing team! If you're looking for a schedule that allows you to maximize your earnings while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Weekend Warrior LPN/RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care and providing leadership to our nursing team during weekend shifts.

Position Highlights

Weekend Warrior Schedule
Premium Weekend Pay
Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time: $7,500 for LPN, $10,000 for RN
Supportive leadership team
Modern, resident-centered skilled nursing community

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families.
Supervise and support STNAs and LPNs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
Promote a safe, positive, and caring environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.
