What You’ll Do
We are seeking motivated and energetic Summer Sales Interns to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and eager to gain real-world sales and marketing experience. Interns will engage directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, promote company services, generate leads, and develop professional communication and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or aspiring sales professionals looking to build experience in direct sales, customer engagement, marketing, and business development.

What We’re Looking For

• Current college student or recent graduate preferred

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable mindset

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and working face-to-face with customers

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable, professional, and goal-oriented

• Physically able to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation for assigned sales territories and team meetings

• Basic familiarity with smartphones, apps, and CRM technology preferred

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, canvassing, or marketing

• Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, home services, or maintenance industries

• Leadership experience through sports, clubs, work, or student organizations

• Experience in customer-facing or delivery-based roles such as Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, or retail sales

• A competitive mindset and strong work ethic

• Confidence handling objections and communicating with new people

• A desire to grow professionally, lead others, and take ownership of results
