Description: 14-bed unit. Adult patient population aged 16 years and up. Patient population includes conditions such as sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular issues, strokes, ventilator support, and tracheostomy care. Required skills include training in Impella, IABP, and CRRT using the Prismax system. May float to other areas such as PCU or Med/Surg.
