Get Cooperized In this role you will: Bring your retail and/or customer service experience to build strong relationships and brand loyalty. Greet all members in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner, and ensure they receive the highest levels of customer service. Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered within the Fitness Center as well as other services around campus. Keep store clean and organized. Receive new merchandise, hang and steam new arrivals. Assist Retail Manager with any tasks associated with improving the member experience or club goals. Count cash drawer once at the beginning of shift and at the end of shift & count open/close form. Our ideal candidate: Has a team mindset, communicating clearly and proactively supporting others. Is professional, punctual, accountable and honest, with a strong work ethic. Is a brand / category enthusiast who keeps up with trends, fashion and news in related industries. Is adaptable in multiple situations with initiative to drive for results. Is detail‑oriented, consistently producing quality work.
