Associate Attorney - Entry Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks an entry-level associate attorney in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of litigation experience and a passion for consumer protection. This role involves working closely with partners and senior attorneys on a hybrid schedule, focusing on litigation against car manufacturers and dealers. Duties Draft and review written discovery and document productions. Prepare and participate in oral arguments and depositions. Attend vehicle inspections with expert witnesses. Report and bill hours worked promptly. Assist with dispositive motions and trial preparation. Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Member in good standing of the California Bar. At least 6 months of experience as a California licensed attorney. Interest in consumer protection and representation. Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook. Willing to travel within California as needed. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Member in good standing of the California Bar. Certifications Member in good standing of the California Bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
