Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Must be available for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

• On-call availability may be required to respond to operational needs

Job Summary

Hammerhead Security is seeking a professional, dependable, and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and support security personnel across multiple client sites. This leadership role is responsible for conducting site inspections, ensuring officers comply with company policies and client expectations, providing training and coaching, responding to incidents, and maintaining strong communication with management and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of leading by example while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers assigned to multiple client locations

• Conduct routine and unannounced site inspections to ensure quality service and policy compliance

• Respond to emergencies, incidents, client concerns, and officer requests for assistance

• Train, mentor, and coach security officers on company procedures, post orders, and customer service expectations

• Ensure all officers are properly uniformed, equipped, and performing assigned duties

• Complete field inspections, incident reports, and Daily Activity Reports (DAR)

• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing shortages as directed

• Deliver equipment, uniforms, and company materials to assigned sites when needed

• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management

• Maintain regular communication with Dispatch, Operations Management, and clients

• Verify officer attendance, performance, and compliance with company standards

• Identify safety concerns and recommend corrective actions

• Conduct patrols and provide temporary post coverage when operational needs require

• Promote a professional image of Hammerhead Security through exceptional leadership and customer service

• Follow all company policies, client post orders, and Observe & Report procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Guard Card required

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

• Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance

• Previous security supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent report writing and organizational abilities

• Comfortable using smartphones, security software, GPS, and reporting systems

• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and make sound decisions under pressure

• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs
