Interior Design Consultant

Summary Interior Design Consultant based in the St. Louis Gallery providing a luxury client experience by assessing walk-in and booked clientele and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver tailored design solutions. The role owns the client journey from initial contact through product delivery, builds and maintains a strong client base, and supports gallery visual and quality standards. Consultants represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication and presentation while achieving fiscal goals. Responsibilities Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery Collaborate with RH Interior Design to ensure client needs are met Grow and maintain a strong client base and meet sales goals Support gallery visual merchandising and quality standards Represent the RH brand through professional appearance and communication Requirements Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred People- and relationship-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver the gallery floor; prolonged standing and physical activity required Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
