Enhance your career in a mission-driven organization.Job DescriptionOverviewLead the accounting and controllership function at a growing healthcare technology company.Ensure financial reporting integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in compliance with US GAAP standards.Collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational growth.Drive automation and process improvements to modernize finance infrastructure.Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.Design and maintain scalable internal controls and risk management frameworks.Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, and valuation providers.Support strategic projects and initiatives through pragmatic accounting guidance.Key Responsibilities & DutiesOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring audit-ready financial reporting.Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with US GAAP.Prepare accurate financial statements and reconciliations for leadership and external stakeholders.Design scalable internal control environments and mitigate accounting risks proactively.Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contracts, growth programs, and strategic initiatives.Provide accounting guidance to non-finance stakeholders to build scalable operational processes.Maintain financial data integrity and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting or Finance required.Minimum of 7 years of experience, with 10 years preferred, in accounting roles.Strong expertise in US GAAP compliance and technical accounting matters.Experience with NetSuite and finance systems automation preferred.Proven ability to lead accounting operations in high-growth environments.Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to design and maintain scalable internal controls.Integrity, adaptability, and grit to thrive in a fast-paced organization.
