Job Overview Staff Analyst (Mid‑Level) – The Boeing Company Position: Staff Analyst (Experienced) – Flight Test Analysis team, Seattle, WA (Boeing Field). 1st shift with occasional travel between Seattle‑area sites. Key Responsibilities Develop long‑range strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives. Provide data for management review and track performance against plans. Develop, coordinate, and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver informational and technical materials. Research and evaluate strategic organizational issues, identify options, and recommend solutions. Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation for large meetings and events. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, and monitor execution of plans. Communicate status to all project participants. Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements. Develop and deploy localized training content. Basic Qualifications (Required) 1+ year of experience managing leadership schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook. 1+ year of experience implementing operational certification requirements. 1+ year of experience coordinating engineering tasks across external and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 1+ year of experience with commercial airplane certification and safety requirements and procedures. Other Requirements Successful candidate must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace. Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay range: $83,300 – $112,700.
