We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiating and modifying care plans, administering medications and treatments, and responding to patient condition changes. Qualifications require a current RN license, health certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, BLS card, and preferably one year of RN experience. Key skills include strong clinical judgment, communication, and caregiving abilities.
