GHR Program Manager

Location: Center for Bariatric Surgery & Metabolic Medicine 5 Plainsboro Rd, Second Floor Suite 275, Plainsboro, NJ, 08536

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Practice Overview: Small team of 1 LPN, 2 MA's Office Manager supporting 5 providers in total. Providers rotate so not all 5 are in office at the same time. Very busy environment. Team work is necessary for success. Ideal candidates will be adaptable to a small team environment and committed to long-term employment.

Job Overview: Triaging patient calls, prior authorizations, scheduling, in-basket management, and occasionally assisting with medical reception duties.

Experience/Requirements: 2+ years LPN experience. EPIC experience required. Preferred CoverMyMeds experience.

Candidates for this role need to be adaptable and trainable with motivation to work in a busy office environment that is dependent on team work and covering for one another when needed.

Training HIPAA Module (15 minutes), 4 hour PennChart training (virtual and scheduled for Wednesdays from 8a-1p with break.)

Right to represent should be included in the submission packet. Compliance: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
