Senior IT Business Analyst

Remote (Indianapolis) Resource will work with the PM in the planning, directing, and coordination of activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise scale technology project. Ensuring the business requirements of the project are captured leading to a successful transition.

Essential Duties/Job Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field. - Required

Business Analyst experience or in a related role - Required - 5 Years

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools - Required - 5 Years

Strong experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects - Required - 5 Years

Strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals - Required - 5 Years

Strong background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions - Required - 5 Years

Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories - Required - 5 Years

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills - Required - 5 Years

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization - Required

Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment. - Required - 5 Years

Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills. - Required
