What We're Offering The Right Tech:

Up to $50 per hour FLAT RATE Top pay for top talent (we reward speed and skill, not just hours)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid out for the right candidate who proves they belong on our team
5-Day Work Week with only 2 Saturdays per month required

Proven experience as a high-level automotive technician (we only want the best)
Strong diagnostic skills and flat-rate hustle
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
