Pay & Benefits

• $16.00–$25.00 per hour , depending on experience and performance
• Weekly pay
• Tips from customers
• Team leads who can drive a company vehicle may be eligible for higher pay rates

What You’ll Do

• Clean customers’ homes using our proven system and standards
• Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service

Team Lead Responsibilities (if applicable)

• Drive company vehicle to customer locations
• Ensure team stays on schedule
• Maintain basic equipment and supplies

• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Available Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Valid driver’s license required for team lead positions
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English (additional languages are a plus)
