Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry‑Level Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to start a hands‑on career in metalworking. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills while contributing to the production of custom metal components used in commercial and industrial construction projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in fabricating stairs, railings, ladders, platforms, and other miscellaneous metal components. Operate basic hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, and saws. Operate ironworker equipment to punch and shear metal parts. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders. Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts to specification. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support senior fabricators and welders with daily tasks. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical aptitude. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math. Willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Previous experience in metalworking or construction is a plus. Preferred Skills Familiarity with welding (training provided). Forklift or overhead crane experience. OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain). Why Join Us?
