A nurturing and companionate caretaker who watches after Jorge and Ramona. She puts everyone's needs above her own and leads with love using a firm hand. There's a tiredness behind her eyes, but she chooses to be selfless in moments of need despite not being related to Jorge or Ramona by blood. Spanish proficiency required. Supporting. Constantly in a bliss of hazy nostalgia, Jorge is always reminiscent of his late wife and deceased daughter. He moves through life with warmth and an old-fashioned sense of humor.
