Tennessee Licensed Physical Therapist

To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Physical Therapist will perform digital evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing digital physical therapy evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress Oversee and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure compliance with clinical standards and effective patient treatment Required qualifications Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree and an active, unencumbered PT license in Tennessee At least 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, preferably in digital care or outpatient settings Completion of the APTA telehealth certificate course series Demonstrated competence in delivering physical therapy techniques via digital platforms Strong organizational skills and the ability to create effective therapeutic alliances with patients
