Clinical Testing Psychologist

LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Testing Psychologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, interpret testing results, and develop evidence-based treatment recommendations for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both telehealth and in-office settings. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews and standardized testing, for diverse patient populations. Select, administer, score, and interpret appropriate psychological and, when indicated, neuropsychological tests in accordance with standardized procedures. Develop clear, integrated diagnostic formulations and evidence-based recommendations that directly inform treatment planning. Prepare thorough, timely, and well-organized written assessment reports for patients, families, and referring providers. Communicate testing results and recommendations in a compassionate, understandable manner in both in-person and telehealth settings. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and other clinicians to integrate assessment findings into coordinated care plans. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and comply with all documentation, billing, and coding standards. Uphold APA ethical guidelines and state regulatory requirements, including informed consent, confidentiality, and test security. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and consultation activities to support quality and consistency of care. Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to remain current with best practices in psychological assessment.
