Summer Maintenance Assistant

Overview Seasonal Maintenance Worker — Location: Watertown, SD • Employment Type: Seasonal (May – August) • Hours: 7:00am–4:00pm (up to 40 hours per week) Responsibilities Perform general indoor maintenance, including painting, repairs, and other fixes. Conduct outdoor maintenance such as trimming trees and bushes, cutting down trees, and spraying weeds. Assist with seasonal air conditioning preventative maintenance. Perform minor roof repairs and maintenance. Maintain and clean fleet vehicles as needed. Handle varmint removal to ensure a safe environment. Support other maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in general maintenance or related work preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working at heights for roof maintenance.
