Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary care and specialty care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds. Position Information: LPG General Surgery is looking for an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy general surgery practice. This position will primarily work inpatient with duties including rounding, consultations, and assisting in the operating room. Within the OR space, this position will assist with both laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. This position will have call and rotate weekends with other providers. Providers utilize EPIC EHR and dictation software in both settings.
