Java Developer

We're growing the technology group at Capital Advisors Inc and need a mid-level Java Developer who treats reliability as a feature, not an afterthought. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Terraform-based applications Read the Process Improvement stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root Decode the undocumented Innovation service nobody at Capital Advisors Inc remembers writing Re-architect the technology flow so Angular handles ten times Covington's current load Own the mid-level Cypress workstream that unblocks the rest of Capital Advisors Inc's Covington, KY roadmap What You'll Bring Demonstrated wins in technology work somewhere near Covington, KY The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses At least 5 years building expertise within the technology space A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake Knowledge of KY-specific regulations relevant to technology work Quietly, from Covington, Capital Advisors Inc has become the deeply-bought-in technology partner that KY's most demanding teams refuse to replace. At Capital Advisors Inc, asking for a day off doesn't require a doctor's note or a guilt trip. This mid-level role pays $83,000 - $108,000 and surrounds it with coaching, coverage, and hours that respect your weekends in KY. The Capital Advisors Inc team is expanding in Covington, KY this quarter, and this seat is part of that growth. We hire for hunger as much as resumes, so if that's you, the Java Developer role is open. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation: Policy and Technology LLC
