IOP Program Lead Therapist

Horizon Health seeks an IOP Coordinator for its IOP program at Johnson Regional in Clarksville, AR. The role involves delivering high-quality psychotherapy, treatment planning, group and individual therapy, and discharge planning for the Intensive Outpatient Program.
