About the Role:

The Lead Line Cook ensures that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes, quality standards, and safety regulations, while managing kitchen workflow and inventory. Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
• Proven experience in a line cook role with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., ServSafe certification).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead cook position.

Responsibilities:
