Solutions Service Specialist

Job Title: Solutions Service Specialist
Pay: 25 per hour plus mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Visit customer locations in harlingen, TX and surroundings to manage inventory and maintain stock levels
- Receive, unpack, and put away products at designated customer sites
- Replenish vending machines and inventory management solutions
- Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on inventory equipment
- Use mobile applications and routing software to track daily activities and service visits
- Support inventory growth opportunities and help drive customer retention
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Experience in Customer Service, Outside Sales, Telesales, Storeroom Operations, or Inventory Management
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Microsoft 365 proficiency and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and travel frequently
- Mechanical aptitude and inventory management experience are a plus
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
