Hematology & Oncology opportunity in Lakewood Ranch, Florida offering a highly attractive compensation package with base salary, incentive bonuses, and a fast-track partnership track after just one year. Practice details include:

• Competitive base salary with incentive bonus structure
• Fast-track partnership opportunity available after 1 year
• Full-time Monday - Thursday clinic schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Approximate patient volume of ~20 patients per day with 50/50 Hematology and Oncology split
• Weekend hospital call every 4 weeks (limited burden, ADC typically 1 patient)
• Call coverage from Thursday 4 PM through Monday morning with rounding at nearby hospitals only
• Practice consists of 3 comprehensive cancer centers in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton
• Modern, state-of-the-art oncology facilities with full infusion suite
• On-site clinical laboratory, PET/CT imaging, and integrated oral pharmacy
• Established team of 4 Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology physicians
