Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, Fetal Monitoring (within 2 years), NRP, ACLS required Must-Have: L&D experience of 2 years for Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses Ability to circulate in the operating room for Labor and Delivery Description: This position involves providing care to patients in Labor and Delivery. You will be responsible for managing and supporting laboring patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The unit comprises a certain number of beds with capability for triage. You will work with advanced medical equipment and electronic health records. Patient ratios will adhere to established standards to ensure quality care. The patient population will primarily include obstetric and gynecological patients, along with medical/surgical overflow. You are expected to remain a team player and foster collaborative relationships. Professional scrub attire is required while on duty. No unacceptable attire will be permitted in the workplace.
