HVAC Residential Service TechnicianPay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience + spiff opportunities + additional on‑call compensationSchedule: Monday through Friday | On‑call rotation every 5th week, with a 10:00 p.m. cutoff.Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30amPosition Overview: Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential HVAC equipmentPerform annual / routine maintenance Advise homeowners on repair solutions, system upgrades, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, and replacement recommendationsDeliver exceptional customer care and maintain a high level of customer satisfactionHoveln Heating and Cooling | Thomasboro, ILWe value work-life balance-your family time is yours, and we work hard to protect it.
