Director, Project Management - Partnerships

Create strategies and lead a team through high priority projects for the Partnerships business Collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that impact Partnerships’ bottom line Lead a team of fellow Project Managers focused on strategic initiatives Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while managing risk Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide effective thought partnership Lead the Launch & Conversion of new partners Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience At least 6 Years of Project Management experience At least 4 Years of People Management experience 7+ years of Project Management experience (preferred) 5+ years of People Management experience (preferred) PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Project Management and People Management, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
