Job Title: Director, Corporate Communications & Thought Leadership
\nLocation: New York, NY (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
\n \nWe are seeking a Director, Corporate Communications & Thought Leadership to join a lean, highly collaborative Corporate Affairs team. This role will serve as a strategic thought leadership and content partner to the business, working closely with senior leaders, investment professionals and sales teams to translate complex product, investment and market information into compelling content and messaging.
\n \nThe ideal candidate brings strong financial services, investment, and product knowledge, exceptional writing skills and the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders and sales teams.
\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Partner closely with sales, investment professionals and senior business leaders to develop strategic content and messaging \n
- Translate complex product, investment and market information into clear, compelling stories and thought leadership \n
- Work closely with sales teams to understand what they are hearing in the market and identify opportunities for timely, relevant content \n
- Develop thought leadership, sales content, client-facing materials, executive communications, presentations and talking points \n
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape messaging and positioning around key business priorities \n
- Create content that supports sales conversations and reflects relevant market themes, business priorities and client needs \n
- Lead communications projects from strategy and message development through writing, stakeholder review and final execution \n
- Operate effectively within a lean team, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on content development \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 12+ years of communications, content, product marketing or related experience, ideally within asset management or financial services \n
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and the needs of sales and client-facing teams \n
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging content \n
- Experience developing thought leadership, product or investment content, sales materials and client-facing communications \n
- Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with senior executives, investment professionals and sales teams \n
- Strong strategic judgment with the ability to turn market and business insights into relevant, compelling content \n
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor within a small, collaborative team \n
