Position Overview 0.8 FTE position Hospitalist with 0.2 FTE surgical available 58 24-hour shifts/year Cover Labor and Delivery as well as consult ED Weekend and Holiday coverage Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State Providers who value high quality care and work life balance Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Work/Life Balance and Benefits Gold Award Winner of the AMAs Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout.
