REMOTE AESTHETIC SALES CONSULTANT
LaserAway | Remote (West Coast preferred) | Full-time $20/hr base + uncapped commission Six-figure potential in year oneWHAT YOU'LL DO
Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads — no cold list dialing Run virtual consultations via phone or video and build personalized treatment plans Educate clients on LaserAway's services (laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, and more) Present financing options and close deals Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffsWHO CRUSHES IT IN THIS ROLE
3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail) Comfortable with high call volume and hitting weekly/monthly quotas Self-motivated — you manage your own pipeline and love the freedom of remote work Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty Available for some evenings and weekends to match client availabilityCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
