In this role, you will lead the development and execution of impactful media campaigns that connect with audiences across channels and help make a difference in people's lives.The Opportunity: What You'll DoAs our Associate Director, Engagement Strategy, you will serve as a strategic leader, client partner, and mentor to a talented team of planners.Be the Architect of Omnichannel Engagement: Lead the development of cross-channel media strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of how different channels work together to create a seamless and engaging brand experience.Guide Strategic Planning & Execution: Oversee the Engagement Planning team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the development and execution of tactical plans that align with overarching brand goals and business objectives.Champion Client Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts, establish yourself as a trusted strategic advisor, and ensure client needs are consistently understood and exceeded.Drive Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of the curve in the evolving media landscape by identifying and implementing innovative approaches, best practices, and emerging technologies to maximize campaign impact.Foster a Culture of Excellence: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented planners while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.Who You AreYou are a strategic and collaborative media leader who can connect big-picture business objectives to thoughtful, effective media strategies. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
