Financial Advisor Training Program

Year Up United seeks motivated professionals for our Financial Advisor Training Program within our Educational Services model. In this role, you will learn fundamental financial planning, budgeting, credit, and investing concepts while supporting program participants on their journey to economic mobility. Under close supervision, you’ll assist with financial coaching sessions, prepare learning materials, track participant progress, and analyze basic financial data. You’ll collaborate with instructors and corporate partners, gaining exposure to advisory tools and compliance basics while building a pathway toward a career in financial services and education.
