Join us to build a career where you can grow, belong, and make a realimpact. \n \n Compensation: $55,000 + Incentive based on performance! \n \n What You’ll Do: \n \n Use proprietary inventory data to shape, price and measure a market-driven inventory for eachassignedstore \n Utilizemarket data (e.g., Urban Science Market Master data) to recommend inventory-based marketing strategies to theGeneralManager \n Complete all paperwork ina timely,accurateandcomplete manner (including properly signing out the vehicle in DMS and tagging it in OEM portal) \n Review pricing daily, ensuring all vehicles are priced upfront in alignment with the weekly matrix and monthly gross profit goals, accounting for all “Day 1” inventory \n Respond quickly and accurately to all sales staff inquiriesregardinginventory, dealer trading, sold/priority orders, product/pricing questions \n Continuously evaluate and improve the inventory, using data to strategically decide on how to address gaps, imbalances, etc. \n Shape a better inventory to give your stores an advantage over the competition \n Align the inventory to fit the store’s strategic inventory goals, helping the stores sell more new vehicles while, at the same time, helping to manage gross profit margins \n Stock-in better inventory than the competition, whileanticipatinginventory that aligns with future customer interest \n Audit inventory counts with an awareness of current ground stock and incoming unit counts, trim shortages, color gaps, etc. \n Audit and manage Hold Status units \n Maintainandmonitora pricing matrix, ensuring that all available vehicles with a real VIN and stock number are priced (including those that have not yet hit ground) \n Reviewandmanage aging inventory, using proven practices to minimize costs of carrying aged inventory \n Monitorandcommunicate market share to help the GM track the store’s market share pace \n Uphold Walser’sCore Values: DoTheRight Thing,LeadByExample, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded \n \n What You Bring: \n \n Ability to communicate effectively with key partners \n Strongworking knowledge of MicrosoftExcel \n Demonstrated abilityand understandingto navigate the DMS and OEM’s order systems \n Ability to oversee a large volume store or more complex OEM when it comes to ordering, pricing, and/or building configurations \n Abilityto do analytical work for extended periods, using a computer and software programs \n Ability to multitask with multiple interruptions while thoroughly completing tasks within assigned deadlines ina timely,completeandaccuratemanner \n Demonstrated abilityand understandingto navigate the DMS and OEM’s order systems \n Foundational knowledge and competence in the store, GM communications, allocations, dealer trading, pricing management, and inventory management \n Above average analytical skills \n \n \n What’sInItForYou? \n \n Paid Time Off (PTO) – Take time to relax, spend with family, or enjoy personal time away \n \n \n Career Growth & Opportunity for Advancement \n We promote from within and provide clear career paths, mentorship, and opportunities to develop and grow your career. \n \n \n Fertility & Adoption Assistance: Receive up to $10,000 in financialassistancefor fertility treatments and adoption expenses. \n \n \n Comprehensive Health Benefits: Enjoy medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus access to HSA and FSA plans to help manage healthcare costs.
