Site Engagement Lead

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Site Engagement Lead to accelerate patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials in Pennsylvania and Florida. The role involves developing site-specific strategies, educating healthcare professionals, engaging with patient advocacy groups, and analyzing enrollment performance to optimize trial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site-specific action plans to accelerate patient recruitment and retention
- Educate healthcare professionals and site staff on study protocols, procedures, and disease areas
- Engage with public at health fairs and patient advocacy group events with approved information
- Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants
- Analyze site performance data and conduct recruitment educational sessions to improve enrollment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical trial experience
- 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred
- 1 year as Clinical Trial Educator, Site Engagement Lead, or similar role
- Clinical competence and deep knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments
