Location: Beaverton, OR (PHK – Hybrid/Onsite, Fridays Remote) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Designer to support Men’s Sportswear/Outerwear and Men’s & Women’s Basketball Outerwear product categories. This role will own fit and construction from concept through commercialization and production, ensuring products are delivered on time while meeting performance, quality, sustainability, and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical design expertise with a strong focus on outerwear pattern making, garment construction, and apparel development. Candidates with experience at major global apparel or athletic brands are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Own fit, pattern engineering, and garment construction throughout the product lifecycle Create and revise Tech Packs, product specifications, and development documentation Drive fit consistency and construction standards across assigned product categories Partner closely with Design, Product Management, PCC, Materials, and Manufacturing teams Track and facilitate prototyping, fittings, and product testing processes Identify construction and manufacturing challenges and provide technical solutions Ensure manufacturability and product integrity while meeting development timelines Communicate fit progress, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional teams Stay current on market trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies Serve as a technical resource and mentor within the team #J-18808-Ljbffr HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm
