Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure efficient functioning and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees in compliance with laws and policies. Provide performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and address gaps through coaching or disciplinary actions. Manage staffing levels, open and close the store, and ensure operational readiness. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize sales and inventory. Order merchandise, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper merchandise presentation and signage. Maintain accurate inventory, control damages, markdowns, and ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed. Lead customer service efforts, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Complete all required documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills: Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience in retail management preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 55 pounds; capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing as needed. Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations.
