Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to companion animal patients
- Perform routine surgical and dental procedures
- Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Collaborate effectively with technicians and support staff
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
- Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Strong surgical and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and client education abilities
