Growth Marketing is how we turn that trust into pipeline — leading the integrated campaigns, content, and positioning that bring new employers to ProService.

This role owns campaign strategy and execution end to end. You'll report to our VP of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to turn product value into pipeline. Success looks like 2–3 integrated campaigns running per quarter, a cornerstone content asset shipping every quarter, and a sales team that trusts the material you hand them.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Lead cross-functional campaign planning and execution. Architect and run 2–3 integrated, multi-channel campaigns per quarter — full-funnel strategy, segmentation, creative briefs, timelines, and post-campaign analysis — in partnership with Growth Marketing Consultants, Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops.
• Develop and scale strategic content. Run quarterly content planning tied to the buyer journey, ship at least one cornerstone asset (guide, playbook, case study) per quarter, and continually optimize existing content for conversion, engagement, and SEO.
• Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and GTM. Translate product value propositions into marketing narratives, and support launches and repositioning with campaign strategy and customer-facing materials.
• Implement AI-driven efficiency and insight. Use AI tools to automate repetitive campaign work — persona enrichment, subject line testing, performance forecasting — so the team executes faster and decides smarter.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU?

This isn't a request-taking seat. You're expected to bring the campaign architecture and the point of view, not wait for a brief. You'll be interpreting data, setting priorities across several campaigns at once, and making the call on what gets built and when.

You'll also be the connective tissue between Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops — three groups with different priorities and timelines. Getting genuine alignment across all three, not just sign-off, is part of the job. If you'd rather execute a single well-defined channel than own the full campaign lifecycle, this role will feel like a stretch.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• You've owned a campaign end to end — strategy, segmentation, content, and the post-mortem — and can point to the pipeline it generated, not just the assets it produced.
• You write and think in the buyer's journey. Your content isn't a deliverable checklist; it's built around where a prospect is and what moves them forward, and you can show the ROI of reworking an existing asset instead of just making something new.
• You've translated complex product positioning into narratives that Sales actually uses. Reps pull your messaging into live conversations because they trust it holds up.
• You use AI tools as leverage, not novelty — for enrichment, testing, or forecasting — and can point to where it measurably sped up or sharpened your campaign work.
• You're fluent in the numbers. You read campaign and content performance data, spot what's working, and turn that into a clear recommendation for where to invest next.

WORK LOCATION

Hawaii — Flexible, with Occasional In-Person

You can work from our office or remotely, whichever fits how you work best. We'll ask you to join in person a few times a month for key working sessions and check-ins — dates shared well in advance so you can plan around them.

COMPENSATION

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not employment. The selected contractor will provide services under a written independent contractor agreement.

Rate: $50.00 – $75.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, invoiced against actual hours worked.

Term: Approximately four months from the agreed start date. The term may be extended by mutual written agreement.
