Tech - CT

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Tech to perform advanced computed tomography imaging procedures in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Perform multi-slice CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing concerns.
• Monitor patients during scans to ensure safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including radiation safety guidelines.
• Document procedures accurately and complete all required reports.

Qualifications:

• ARRT R and ARRT CT certifications required.
• Valid BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a large healthcare facility.
• Experience in travel imaging preferred; highly experienced candidates may be considered.
• Ability to work evening shifts (5x8, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).
• Alabama RN license required for submission.
