How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care following proven clinical standards to ensure high-quality, safe outcomes for every patient.
• Execute and adapt individualized care plans by tracking, documenting, and communicating vital health changes to keep the entire medical team informed and aligned.
• Lead cross-functional care coordination across doctors, therapists, and specialists to deliver seamless, patient-centered care journeys.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders with accuracy and precision to maintain steady, continuous treatment plans.
• Coordinate comprehensive discharge strategies alongside multidisciplinary teams to empower patients and families for smooth, confident transitions home.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Experience Required: 12 years of Registered Nurse (RN) clinical experience.
• Preferred Specialty: Background or clinical experience in Cardiac Care preferred.
